HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?
We offer free standard shipping and free returns on all U.S. orders. International shipping costs a flat fee of $30.
HOW FAST IS YOUR U.S. SHIPPING?
Orders typically ship from our warehouse in Los Angeles within 2 business days of purchase, depending on item availability and credit verification. Once your order is shipped, you can expect your item within 3-10 business days of its ship date. If you need your item sooner and are within the US, please select an expedited shipping method.
Please note we do not ship on weekends or U.S. holidays, and we do not offer Saturday delivery.

Yes, we offer expedited shipping for orders within the US.

DO SHIPPING TIMES INCLUDE WEEKENDS?
Shipping times are calculated using business days (M-F) and exclude weekends. We do not ship on weekends or holidays, and we do not offer Saturday delivery.
DO YOU SHIP TO PO BOXES?
Unfortunately we are unable to ship to P.O. boxes.
HOW MUCH DOES INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING COST?
International shipping costs a flat fee of $30 -- this fee does not
include any duty fees and taxes which may be due upon the order’s arrival in the destination country.
All customs and duty fees are the customer's responsibility to pay and LPA is not responsible for any duty fees. Duty fees are calculated based on items purchased, your shipment destination, and order value.
Please contact your local customs office if you have any questions regarding the duty fees for your order. Please note international shipping costs are non-refundable, which includes returns, package rejection upon arrival and/or failure to pay duty fees.
HOW FAST IS YOUR INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING?
Orders typically ship from our Los Angeles warehouse within 2 business days of purchase, depending on item availability and credit verification. Once your order is shipped, you can expect your item within 7-14 business days of its ship date.
Please note orders do not ship on weekends or U.S. holidays.
ARE TAXES AND DUTIES INCLUDED IN MY ORDER TOTAL?
International shipping fees do not include any duty fees and taxes which may be due upon the order’s arrival in the destination country. LPA is not responsible for any duty fees. Duty fees can be hefty and if you are concerned about the cost, we recommend contacting your local post office. Fees are calculated based on items purchased, your shipment destination, and order value. Fees are determined by your local customs authority and include:

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email which will include your UPS tracking information. You will receive a final shipping email to notify you when your order is out for delivery. Please note LPA is not responsible for any delays due to carrier constraints.
